Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture brings a summer of music that unfolds across forests, riverbanks, the coast, and urban spaces throughout Oulu and the wide region. Expect unique concerts and events in locations that transform the entire listening experience—set in nature, within the city, and in unexpected venues.
The events feature international headliners, leading Finnish artists, and emerging talents from various musical genres. The contrasts between northern nature, urban environments, and diverse musical styles make these moments memorable.
