Media Art from Kiasma
The Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma in Helsinki will curate an exhibition of media art from the collections of the Finnish National Gallery.
The Media Art from Kiasma exhibition will open in the exhibition spaces of Oulu City Hall in January 2026. The exhibition is suitable for all ages and is free of charge and accessible.
The Finnish National Gallery is the largest art museum in Finland. The Finnish National Gallery’s collection includes more than 43,000 works of art, as well as archival material and artefacts.
The collection is part of Finland’s national heritage and is owned by the State. The collection builds both Finnish history and art history for future generations. The Finnish National Gallery maintains three of Finland’s best-known museums: the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma, the Ateneum Art Museum and the Sinebrychoff Art Museum.
