Join us for the opening of the KAJO Flower Festival on Saturday, August 22 at 12:00 PM! The festival will be officially opened by Minister of Science and Culture Mari-Leena Talvitie. The opening event will feature joyful floral music and live flower arranging demonstrations by master florists.
Throughout the festival (August 22–30), visitors to Ainola Park can enjoy floral installations by master florists, as well as the special exhibition Chapel of Plants – Ode to Flowers, set up inside one of the park’s greenhouses.
The event features a variety of floral workshops, including flower crown crafting, a bike decoration pop-up, and an Ikebana-themed day. The featured guest of the event is world champion florist and Nobel Banquet floral designer Per Benjamin.
