Oulu2026 and The Center for Cultural Policy Research Cupore are collecting visitor experiences from Oulu2026 cultural events and cultural sites as part of a research on the impacts of the European Capital of Culture year. The survey is aimed at people who have visited Oulu2026 events or cultural sites.
By answering the survey, participants can enter a prize draw to win €50 event gift cards and Oulu2026 products. Winners will be contacted personally.
The survey explores visitors’ cultural experiences and spending related to events. All responses will be handled confidentially as part of Cupore’s research on the impacts of the Oulu2026 cultural capital year.

The strategic research partner of the Oulu Cultural Foundation is the Foundation for Cultural Policy Research Cupore, which is responsible for the research and evaluation of Oulu2026 during 2022–2027. The multidisciplinary research team studies and evaluates the Oulu2026 cultural year and its long-term impacts across the Oulu2026 region. The research results are openly available to everyone and are actively shared with international researchers and research institutions to ensure the knowledge benefits as widely as possible.
