2nd Generation Lynx Larynx
A unique collaborative project by musicians with a second-generation immigrant background.
These second-generation immigrant artists are creating, recording and perform new music in Oulu during 2025–2026. In May 2026, the music will be premiered in Oulu in our festival/concert, featuring several top Sweden-Finnish and other artists with roots in Finland and other countries.
Our impact to Culture-
climate change
Immigration does not begin or end within one generation. Our roots matter, regardless if they are in the banks of the Oulujoki River, in Eskilstuna, or in Boston. There is a clear need for cultural climate change in order to understand and appreciate this.
