At Pekuri you can experience the diverse landscapes and spirit of our region, including:

- the cultural soul of Kainuu
- the scenery of Siikalatva and the Kalajoki Valley
- culture from the northern tip of the Bothnian Bay
- the flowing stories from Oulujoki
- maritime culture along historic seafarers’ routes
- a musical journey by boat in the Pyhäjoki Valley

Music All Weekend at Restaurant Pekuri
At Restaurant Pekuri, performers from across the Oulu2026 area take over the stage from Friday through Sunday. Highlights include:
- a duet of dance and trumpet bringing the seaside atmosphere of Raahe’s summer evenings
- electronic music with Bliniks to get the crowd dancing
- ukulele music
- acoustic cover songs
- a string quartet from Meri-Lappi
- folk music from Haapavesi
- the cheerful song and instrumental trio Loihtima
