In January 2026, the smallest gallery in Oulu will open in the display window of Wine Bar Vox on Pakkahuoneenkatu. The call for artists for Vox Gallery is open from 5-30.9.2025.
Vox Gallery is now looking for 12 artists – not to fill wine glasses, but to fill next year’s exhibition calendar.
Oulu’s smallest gallery is part of the Galleria International project by Manninen Art, Branding & Design, and it is executed in collaboration with Galleria MABD and Wine Bar Vox. A key element of the Galleria International project is to bring art to the people, even in unexpected places.
The size of Vox Gallery is 30 x 73 x 10 cm (H x W x D) and it includes a small stand where artworks can lean against for display. Each exhibition lasts for one calendar month, and the space is free of charge. There is 30% sales commission and sales are managed by Gallery MABD’s gallerist Hanna Manninen.
Exhibition applications can be sent to gallerist Hanna Manninen at hanna@mabd.fi. Applications should include an artist statement, CV, and exhibition proposal with images of the proposed works.
