In 2006, the same year Lovi Ltd was founded, the first Lovi Tree was born. Since then, we have crafted a wide range of unique wooden creations in our own family‑run factory in Jääli, Oulu, in northern Finland.
The Lovi Tree is far more than just a product for us. It is our trademark and a symbol of our origins and our commitment to timeless, sustainable Nordic design.

LOVI – Iconic Wooden Assemble‑Yourself Design
Lovi is a local family-owned company that produces assemble-yourself interior and gift items at its factory in Jääli, Oulu. The products are made from Finnish, certified birch plywood, and all packaging is plastic-free – sustainability lies at the heart of Lovi’s design and operations.
Founder and designer Anne Paso is responsible for the product collection, which ranges from small balls and figures to large trees several metres tall. Lovi’s patented joint solution makes the products easy to assemble and disassemble, and the assembly process itself brings joy, insight, and the pleasure of making.
In addition to Finnish retailers, as well as Lovi’s own online shop and factory outlet, products from the Hallitie factory are shipped to interior and design stores around the world.
