Oulu10 will transform this weekend into a summery oasis in the middle of winter, welcoming festival-goers on behalf of next year’s European Capital of Culture, the Latvian city Liepāja2027!
On Saturday, the programme includes choir performances, a senior disco, dance shows and much more! At Oulu10 you can also learn about the Culture Companion 2026 volunteers who can join you for the upcoming Oulu2026 events throughout the year.
