SmilingOulu26 is an open and joyful photography project highlighting the stories of minorities and lonely people. The project features a free photography competition, workshops, a gala event, and exhibitions across Oulu. Selected works will be part of a video installation at the Lumo Light Festival. Our goal is to create connections, strengthen community spirit, and celebrate small moments of joy through photography. SmilingOulu26 sheds light on serious topics – with a smile!
