The accessibility status of the digital service

Meets critical accessibility criteria, but is not yet fully conformant with the requirements

Accessibility Issue: 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum) – Insufficient Contrast

Some pages contain low-contrast elements. The contrast between text and background significantly affects the readability for users with low vision and elderly users.

Accessibility Issue: 1.4.13 Content on Hover or Focus

Some interactive elements lack a sufficiently distinct visual outline when hovered over or focused on, making them harder to identify.

Accessibility Issue: 1.4.10 Reflow (Responsiveness) – AA

There are scaling issues when zooming to 200%, which cause usability problems and hinder site navigation. The website is designed to function at a minimum width of 320px with 100% scaling.

Accessibility Issue: 1.1.1 Non-text Content – Accessible Links

Some image links do not indicate that the link opens in a new tab or a different website. Additionally, not all image links have appropriate alternative text (alt attributes). Remediation work is in progress.

Accessibility Issue: 2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide – Videos

The homepage contains an autoplaying background video. Although the video can be paused, it may be difficult for some users to locate the pause control due to the moving background image.

Accessibility Issue: 3.1.2 Language of Parts

Some elements on the website are in a language different from the site’s declared default language but lack the appropriate semantic language attributes.
