Likis has been done in this format for a decade, and now it’s time to end the story with a spectacular 10th anniversary event! This year, we have a record number of vendors and fantastic side events for the whole family. You will find both familiar faces and new vendors offering a wide range of products – from vegetables, garlic, honey and handicrafts to the latest trend: kombucha! As always, there will be plenty of ready-to-eat dishes available to eat on the spot, catering to every taste – from hamburgers and waffles to fish and chips.
The Finnish Artisan Food Championship will add extra flavor to the event. On both days, Artisan Food Street will feature experts sharing their knowledge with the public. The competitions award ceremony will be at Likis and streamed live on Saturday.
Likis is organized by the Students of Natural Resources and Oulu University of Applied Sciences, so animals of various types and sizes are naturally part of the experience. There is a dedicated Kids´ Fun Zone for children and plenty of other fun things to do at this heartwarming autumn harvest market.
