Oulu2026 Programme Launch – 4 September

The excitement builds up as we unveil the programme for the European Capital of Culture year 2026. Watch the live stream of the event in English on this page on 4 September, from 11:00 to 12:15 (EEST).

During the event, we will announce the new Oulu2026 programme and present the events calendar: exhibitions, festivals across different genres, performing arts, village celebrations, permanent artworks – a rich variety of events and activities taking place across 40 municipalities.
