Oulu Boost Event 9.-11.12.2019: Upscaling Digital Solutions in Cities

Finland’s Presidency of the Council of the EU underlines the importance of upscaling digital solutions – Digitalisation best practices will be explored in Oulu Boost Event 2019. Oulu2026 is organising a pre event that focuses on ”Digitalization and Creative Industries”. Keynote speakers are Visual Artist Hannu Töyrylä and Antonio Nicoletti from City of Matera.
