Vuonna 2026 Eurooppa innostuu reunoistaan, kun Oulu nimetään Euroopan kulttuuripääkaupungiksi.
Oulu on ja tulee aina olemaan teknologiakaupunki. Tulevaisuudessa haluamme olla myös rohkea kulttuurikaupunki, koska uskomme, että kulttuurilla on merkittävä rooli toivon ja menestyksen luomisessa. Oulu2026 tavoitteena on kulttuuri-ilmastonmuutos.
