Submit your project description

Oulu2026-verkkosivustoa uudistetaan. Tärkein uusi sisältö sivustolla tulee olemaan kulttuuriohjelman aiempaa laajempi esittely. Ensimmäiset projektien määrämuotoiset esittelyt julkaistiin 15. tammikuuta 2025. Projektikuvaukset julkaistaan Oulu2026 Kulttuuriohjelma-sivulla.

Tiedot suomeksi ja englanniksi + kuva kerätään tällä lomakkeella.

Lomakkeen tietoja tullaan hyödyntämään verkkosivuston lisäksi myös muussa Oulu2026-yhteismarkkinoinnissa ja -viestinnässä. Tiedot voi toimittaa samalla lomakkeella myös myöhemmin, mutta toivomme mahdollisimman runsasta kattausta upeasta ohjelmasta esille 15. tammikuuta alkaen!

We’re updating our website. The most important content on our website focuses on the upcoing culture programme. We published first project descriptions on our website on January 15th, 2025. The descriptions are published on our Culture Programme-page

Please submit your project image and description in Finnish and English with this form.

The descriptions provided in the form will be used not only on oulu2026.eu-website, but also in other Oulu2026 joint marketing and communication efforts. You can submit your project details later with this form, but we hope to showcase as much of the amazing program as possible starting in January!

Huomioi nämä asiat

  1. Projektitiedot tulee toimittaa suomeksi ja englanniksi. Voit täyttää tiedot molemmilla kielillä tällä sivulla. Kaikki lähetetyt projektitiedot julkaistaan kotisivuillamme suomeksi ja englanniksi. Myöhemmin tietoja voidaan kerätä myös ruotsiksi.
  2. Suosittelemme mahdollisimman ajattomia kuvailuja, jotka voivat olla sivustolla sellaisenaan kohti vuotta 2026.
  3. Jos projektitiedot kuitenkin kaipaavat päivitystä lomakkeen lähetyksen jälkeen, tai sinulla on kysyttävää lomakkeesta, olethan yhteydessä: henri.turunen@oulu2026.eu tai sanna.hirvaskari@oulu2026.eu

  1. Project descriptions must be submitted in Finnish and English. You can fill in the information in both languages ​​on this page. All submitted descriptions will be published simultaneously on our website in Finnish and English. Later, the descriptions can also be collected in Swedish.
  2. We recommend using timeless descriptions that can remain relevant on the site all the way to 2026.

Huom! Vaakakuva, kuvan suositellut mitat leveys 1840px ja korkeus 1260px. Sallitut tiedostomuodot: JPG ja PNG.

Please use landscape format, recommended dimensions are 1840px width and 1260px height. Allowed file formats: JPG and PNG.

Kerro, mitä kuvassa on: taiteilija / esitys / teos / kuvituskuva sekä kuvaajan nimi. Myös kuvaajan nimi riittää, mikäli kuvassa ei ole henkilöä, teosta tai esitystä.

Description for the image: artist / performance / art work / illustration and the name of the photographer. The photographer’s name is sufficient if there is no person, work or performance in the picture.

2. Projektin tekstit suomeksi

Lisää tähän tapahtuman/teoksen/projektin nimi siinä muodossa kuin haluat sen näkyvän yleisöille. Nimen ei tarvitse olla sama kuin ohjelmahaussa tai hakukirjassa käytetty nimi.

Kerro projektista mahdollisimman kuvailevasti ja innostavasti yleisölle, vältä hanketekstiä.

Kuvaile mahdollisimman konkreettisesti, miten projektissa toteutuu kulttuuri-ilmastonmuutos.

3. Projektin tekstit englanniksi / Project Descriptions in English

Add here the name of your event/art work/project in the form you want it to be visible to the public. The name can be different from what was used in the Open Call or the Bid Book.

Provide a detailed and engaging description of the project for the audience. Avoid using technical or overly formal language.

Describe in a tangible way how the project contributes to the Culture Climate Change.
